HISTORY
Eileen Auld began her professional life as a Chartered Physiotherapist in Glasgow, however,
her practice of yoga began at the tender age of 14 after a horrific hockey accident.
This episode and the personal experience of illness created the concept of a Well Connected Life
and well the rest is as they say... history.
