Eileen Auld works on the intriguing combo of mind/body wellness. She is a Chartered Physiotherapist who is qualified in many complementary therapies including Reflextherapy, Connective Tissue Massage, Clinical Aromatherapy, Bach Flowers and more.  She's also a well known Yoga teacher and an expert in her field of practical psychology.  Eileen has a passion for health and wellness and shares her amazing knowledge of the human mind and body with those she connects with. She specialises in combining orthodox and complementary medicines to the benefit of her clients. Having experienced a health crisis herself, she knows the pitfalls and burdens that being ill can generate and now brings an understanding of the whole person to people who are feeling less than whole. Well Connected at Heaven can offer many therapies and teach different strategies for acquiring the life/work balance. Balance is the key to enjoyment... too much of anything exhausts and depletes – oh, yes it does!  Not enough exercise creates lethargy and a vicious circle begins. Too much work results in fatigue and/or frustration and poor stress responses create symptoms of ill health...  Let Eileen help you set the balance right!"

Eileen will be on holiday as of Friday 17th September 2010  until  Thursday 14th Ocober 2010 during this time there will be no physiotherapy available at HHB. Eileen will be back to work at HHB on Friday 15th October and available for appointments.
